I’m a results-oriented Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with practical experience advising clients on corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, and litigation. I translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions that support compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.
