I'm seeking opportunities in Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Finance, Dispute Resolution, Technology Law, or Regulatory Compliance where I can apply legal research, drafting, litigation support and analytical skills.

I've supported corporate, commercial and dispute-resolution matters at J.T.U. Nnodim, SAN & Co, conducting legal research and identifying relevant statutory provisions and case authorities.

I drafted and reviewed more than 20 legal documents, including letters, agreements, pleadings, legal opinions and applications, while supporting client interviews, case-file preparation and court proceedings. I also helped respond to client enquiries through preliminary research and legal recommendations.
