I am a procurement professional with over 13 years of experience at the United Nations Development Programme and five years at the managerial level, holding a Diploma in Strategic Public Procurement (CIPS Level 4). I have led procurement transformations, implemented Quantum e-tendering, developed SOPs, trained staff, and negotiated LTAs that improved compliance and reduced costs.
