Redesigning citizen-service journeys in Balady+, the Saudi municipal-services mobile app, simplifying complex multi-step flows for a large and diverse public audience. Leading design for Qarar 2.0 and a weather-intelligence mobile app, presenting design direction to stakeholders and reviewing builds with engineers.

Designed payment recovery and pause-instead-of-cancel flows to retain subscribers. Redesigned onboarding, dashboard, and labs, improving user activation through usability testing and A/B tests, and ran design QA with engineering.

As sole designer, designed Outsource Giant on web and mobile, from user interviews to a design system holding 600+ screens, including a lead marketplace with seller ratings, cost negotiation, and checkout.

Led UI/UX of MyAUC, the American University in Cairo's official iOS and Android app, with 200+ screens across 11 modules and 10K+ downloads. Chose the home screen through an A/B test with 106 students and built components and theme in OutSystems with developers.

As sole designer, shipped OCTAR, a bilingual mobile app that turns kids' coloring pages into 3D AR models, on Google Play with 500+ downloads.
