At PrimeIT Portugal, I manage IT and functional recruitment processes across Portugal, Europe, North Africa and APAC. I source candidates through LinkedIn and the company’s internal database, then screen and qualify them for client requirements.
Before that, at Binit Nearshore Services, I recruited senior candidates for ITO and BPO clients across Dutch, Belgian, French and Tunisian markets. I also prepared technical tests and conducted interviews.
At Binit, I supported administrative and HR operations, including personnel management and employment compliance. I also translated commercial and legal documents between English, French and Arabic.
Earlier, I worked in quality and logistics internships at Alva Tunisia, and as a Community Manager at Transdemic. My education includes degrees in English communication and business English, and I hold Scrum Fundamentals Certified.
