I’m a Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science graduate who helps teams turn high-volume healthcare claims and payment data into clear, actionable insights. At PwC, I focus on identifying recurring issues, denial trends, and workflow gaps that impact resolution speed and accuracy.

I analyze claim discrepancies and collaborate with teams to support timely issue resolution, while performing data validation and account analysis across payment workflows. I also track operational metrics in Excel and generate reports to support decision-making, keeping follow-ups and payment validation consistent and precise in an RCM environment.

In my Specialist role, I ensured accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and internal standards, completing mandatory compliance training and healthcare operations training through Vantage. My work emphasized compliance-driven accuracy—reviewing claims and payment data, validating results, and maintaining quality in every account review.

Alongside my RCM experience, I built an Employee Analytics Dashboard in Excel using 500+ records, using pivot tables, pivot charts, and slicers to present department-wise trends for fast decision-making. I also completed a Deloitte Data Analytics Virtual Internship, where I practiced data cleaning, analysis, and visualization to derive insights and communicate structured findings.
