I’m looking for an analyst role where I can build Power BI dashboards and use SQL to turn healthcare claims data into actionable insights, partnering with business teams to improve turnaround times, reduce rejections, and strengthen collections. I’m an enthusiastic professional currently concluding an MBA in Business Analytics, bringing 2.5 years of experience in healthcare analytics and claims operations. I’m committed to delivering data-driven solutions by bridging business needs with technical insights.

As a Claims Management Team Lead, I led claims processing and resolution across multiple hospital locations. I streamlined workflows to enhance operational consistency and turnaround times, implemented process improvements to reduce claim rejection rates, and built automated SQL-driven performance trackers for real-time claim lifecycle visibility. I also prepared performance dashboards using MS Excel and Looker Studio.

Earlier, as a Data Analyst Intern, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and streamline data collection, working with SAP and Excel.
