At Accenture, I worked as a Transaction Processing Associate – Healthcare Claims, processing and validating healthcare claims data for BCBS of Texas Health Insurance Company. I checked provider information and claim details against business requirements.

Using FACETS, HIPAA Gateway, and NEXUO, I investigated claim discrepancies, identified original claims, and processed adjustments and corrected claims. I also validated Patient/Subscriber and Other Insured claims before finalization.

At DISA Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I review student clinical documentation against client guidelines. I identify missing or inconsistent information and document relevant details in EPM software (Amazon Workspace).

I'm transitioning into Data Analytics, with training in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Python. I’m interested in analyzing business data, preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
