What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a business analysis or healthcare IT role where I can improve RCM workflows, translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, use data to solve problems, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

At PwC, I assess revenue cycle management workflows, identify process gaps, and support business process re-engineering to improve billing and claims efficiency.

I analyze denials, underpayments, and overpayments, document BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and SOPs, and work with stakeholders to align business requirements with system capabilities. My hands-on experience includes Epic and PwC environments, Agile delivery, SLA compliance, and quality benchmarks.
