What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my tourism, group operations, MICE, customer service, and stakeholder-management experience in a role where I can create impactful travel experiences and support business growth.

I'm currently coordinating 100+ tourism groups and logistics for 5,000+ passengers annually at Start Travel DMC in Baku. I manage VIP arrivals, group schedules, stakeholder communication, and local business relationships across Turkey, India, GCC, Europe, CIS, China, and other markets.

Previously, I worked as Incoming Manager at Assistance Tour and Assistance Construction Group, where I optimised resource allocation, improved communication flow, delivered high-quality products, and led performance reviews.

At Puzzle Travel, I managed FIT hotel reservations, charter operations, MICE events, local tourism promotion, and annual corporate-goal execution across CIS, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

I've also supported banquet operations, hotel reservations, guest service, sustainable tourism, cultural festivals, and tourism-course design. I bring a Tourism and Hospitality Management degree, research and statistical analysis skills, and a focus on creating smooth, satisfying travel experiences.
