I’m looking for a hybrid-friendly role in the Randstad where I can own delivery and release roadmaps, align stakeholders, and use Jira-driven automation to ship reliable digital products—especially live-service or product-channel work.

I’m a Product Operations and Delivery professional with 10+ years across digital products, regulated insurance, retail, and complex live-service environments. I specialize in cross-functional delivery, release roadmapping, backlog ownership, stakeholder alignment, and release readiness across complex product environments.

At PZU Group, I launched and scaled an online insurance sales channel, expanding the product portfolio from 3 to 6 products and helping grow channel volume by 400% through product setup, pricing logic, validation rules, and channel performance. Most recently at Artificial Core, I coordinated multi-stream delivery for Corepunk, owning release backlogs and delivery roadmaps for beta testing, public testing, and key production releases, while using workflow automation and AI-assisted tooling to surface blockers and improve release visibility.
