What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership QA role where I can scale API automation, enforce release quality gates, mentor teams, and improve incident response in an Agile environment.

I am a Senior QA Engineer and QA Team Lead with 8+ years testing web applications and backend services, focusing on REST API testing, risk-based planning, and end-to-end defect ownership. I built and scaled API test automation in Postman with data-driven checks, schema validation, and contract verification, and integrated runs into GitLab CI with HTML reporting.

I led QA delivery for a microservices-based PMS, managed a team of five, owned QA governance in GitLab, and introduced release quality gates and standardized documentation. I rolled out Allure TestOps as a test management system, migrated 1000+ UI/API test cases, and increased regression automation coverage from 0% to ~35–40% by prioritizing scenarios and organizing automation handoffs.

I am hands-on with auth/security testing (OAuth2/JWT, RBAC, token issues), production incident analysis using Grafana, and automating processes (PoC using LLM + n8n-style workflows).
