At MIXIT, I own quality across four products and five teams spanning a React Native app, web platform, loyalty service, and internal systems. I build and run mobile, web, API, backend, and performance testing while supporting frequent releases and holding final Go/No-Go authority.
I've created automation from scratch with Detox, TypeScript, Pytest, Playwright, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker. My work reduced manual regression from two days to one, cut automated test development from 8–12 hours to 2–3 hours, and increased sustainable backend load from under 50 to 300 VUs.
Previously, I led mobile QA teams at OneTwoTrip and T-Bank, hiring engineers, building onboarding and mentoring practices, and improving regression workflows. At OneTwoTrip, I managed seven QA engineers and reduced full regression from seven days to four.
Across fintech, travel, retail, and e-commerce, I combine hands-on quality engineering with team leadership, risk-based testing, release readiness, and early product review. I enjoy making quality practices practical, measurable, and scalable across teams.
