At 45Info GmbH, I coordinate order distribution for a 20+ person 3D drafting team and review 200–250 floor-plan orders each month for accuracy and turnaround. I improved review speed by about 3%.
I analyze rejected orders and client churn to identify root causes, bringing about 10% of rejected orders back into production. I also calculate order complexity and technical billing, and create AI-assisted scripts for routine drafting tasks.
I validate releases of the internal order platform through manual and regression testing, logging defects in Jira. At Vention, I built a Playwright and TypeScript test framework with 39 scenarios in a GitHub Actions pipeline, and checked data consistency across the UI, API, and PostgreSQL for an insurance web app.
