I’m a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience testing financial applications, balancing strong manual testing with UI automation and deeper service-level validation.

In my recent role on brokerage platforms, web applications, and an internal CRM, I led regression and smoke testing for a team of 6. I owned test planning in Jira, created test plans, distributed test cases with TestIT, and monitored test builds using Git and BrowserStack.

I continuously improved the quality system: I restructured the test documentation repository to improve maintainability and prepared it for future automation. I also maintained UI automation tests using JavaScript and Playwright, and designed a localization and accessibility strategy covering 5 languages, including right-to-left Arabic.

On complex defects, I traced issues across logs and monitoring (Sentry, Grafana, Kibana, Opensearch), investigated REST/gRPC/WebSocket APIs via Postman, and worked with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). I validated microservices interactions, verified database consistency with SQL, and contributed to testing AI-powered functionality like chart analysis, price prediction, and intelligent search.
