What I'm looking for

I am looking for the role of a virtual assistant. Having had extensive experience with organizing and prioritizing tasks, scheduling and managing tasks and excellent communication skills in both in professional and personal settings, I am an excellent fit for the role of virtual assistant.

I am a versatile software integration engineer with experience across IT, content writing, and education, comfortable adapting to new roles and learning quickly. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and have worked on integration, data modeling, ETL, and API-driven solutions.

At NICE inContact I developed customized contact-center solutions, supported clients including Arizona State University and Pearson, and mentored junior staff while creating onboarding workshops. Earlier, as an Associate Consultant at Oracle Financial Services, I contributed to end-to-end KYC implementations, authored SQL/PLSQL queries for risk analysis, and received an internal award for project contribution.

I have additional experience as an AMS-certified Montessori assistant teacher and a freelance writer, demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
