What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, hourly role that combines technology, operations, and problem solving. I’m passionate about using tech to make systems work better, streamline processes, and help teams stay organized and efficient.

At Airfriendly International Services, I coordinate air import and export workflows from quotations and bookings through documentation, billing, delivery, and shipment follow-through. I also develop and enforce SOPs that support consistent, accurate operational records.

I manage relationships with vendors, air carriers, and logistics partners, including rate negotiation and service monitoring. Previously, at March31st Logistics Limited, I supervised a customer-facing operations team and supported staff development through evaluations, coaching, and training.
