Vivian Lopez

I’m a results-driven higher education and healthcare workforce development professional with nearly five years of progressive leadership experience across front office operations, clinical education coordination, employer partnership development, and externship management. I bring a student-centered approach to advisement, retention, and placement readiness while keeping operations compliant and efficient.

In my current role as an Externship Manager, I lead externship operations, staff workflows, student placement strategies, employer partnerships, and program initiatives across MRI, DMS, and ECHO programs. Previously, as an Externship Advisor, I managed clinical placement efforts for more than 100 students, coordinating interviews, onboarding, compliance, and employer relationships.

My background also includes Externship Coordinator and Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist experience that strengthened my cross-department collaboration and operational discipline. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and hold certifications including CPR (BLS), HIPAA, and Intravenous (IV) to support safe, compliant healthcare education and workforce development.
