At Enterprise Fleet Management, I manage three development teams working on customer applications and EDGE, an operational application for vehicle leases, insurance, maintenance, licensing, and customer management. I’m currently managing a project to prepare EDGE for an AWS move and working with architects and engineers on its redesign using microservices and Step Functions/Lambda functions.
I served as Product Owner for Enterprise Fleet Management’s new customer-facing web application, a $1.75M project with more than 10,000 users signed up. I also established a Kanban-based system for a team supporting more than 10 products, increasing productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.
At Enterprise Holdings Inc., I managed a portfolio of 12 Alamo and National international websites and other web products. The work decreased online fraud by 90%, increased revenue by $25 million per year, and increased tour operator signups by 25%.
