What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT project management or software implementation role where I can lead end-to-end client delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project governance, and drive successful go-lives.

I've managed up to 10 concurrent software implementation projects at Mastersoft ERP Solution, taking delivery from requirement gathering and kickoff through testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

I build project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, and status reports while managing risks, dependencies, change requests, escalations, and delivery commitments. I coordinate closely with clients and Development, QA, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and keep work moving.

I’ve also supervised teams of 3–10 members, assigned tasks, reviewed deliverables, and supported client deployment and application issue resolution. My work includes BRDs, functional requirements, data migration coordination, client training, and implementation documentation.
