What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product discovery and digital transformation work where I can combine business analysis, UX thinking, AI-assisted delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to improve complex digital products.

At SoftServe, I lead business analysis and product discovery across GovTech, Defense, SaaS, and enterprise risk management initiatives. I defined requirements for Army.gov.ua, Ukraine's national military recruitment platform, supporting recruitment workflows, search, vacancy aggregation, and modernization.

I turn complex needs into future-state processes, user journeys, acceptance criteria, specifications, wireframes, and Figma prototypes. My work includes modernizing public-sector services, analyzing the Main State Archive of the Ministry of Defence, and defining analytics requirements across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Earlier, I validated enterprise applications as a Quality Control Engineer and mentored junior QA professionals. I now use ChatGPT, Claude, MCP integrations, and Figma AI to accelerate discovery, documentation, UX ideation, and delivery while maintaining quality and traceability.
