What I'm looking for

I'm looking for infrastructure leadership opportunities in Pune, Hyderabad, or Secunderabad where I can lead VMware, Windows, Azure/Entra ID, data center migration, automation, and enterprise service delivery.

At Mphasis, I lead VMware, Windows, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra ID infrastructure operations, technical architecture, and client delivery. I’ve completed vCenter and ESXi upgrades, data center migrations, and server remediation programs across distributed teams.

Previously at IBM India, I supported data center migration, disaster recovery, and enterprise infrastructure projects, including migrating more than 3,000 physical servers to a central data center and two client vCenters. I use PowerShell and VBScript to automate reporting and support implementation, knowledge transfer, and technical training.

I’ve led teams and managed large Windows, VMware, Exchange, Citrix, and disaster recovery environments across Mphasis and HP GlobalSoft. My work combines hands-on infrastructure delivery with incident, change, and problem management, solutioning, recruitment, and team development.
