I am looking for an entry-level analyst role that leverages SQL, Power BI and Excel, offers mentorship, collaborative culture, and opportunities to improve processes and deliver business insights.

I am an MBA graduate with a focus on HR and Finance, transitioning into business and data analysis. I combine formal business education with hands-on experience in operations, HR processes, and client-facing roles to deliver actionable insights.

At Microgreen Technologies I supported end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, BGV initiation, timesheet validation, offboarding and documentation, and I created data visualization dashboards to monitor employee engagement and retention.

Previously, as a Client Relationship Manager at Work India I helped clients with recruitment and resolved queries, strengthening client relationships and improving service delivery.

I am seeking an entry-level data/business analyst role where I can apply SQL, Power BI, Excel and reporting skills to drive process improvement and data-driven decision making.
