I’m an Automation & AI Workflow Developer with hands-on experience building end-to-end automations in n8n using REST APIs, JavaScript, OpenAI, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, and Pinecone. I focus on practical workflow engineering—using webhooks, conditional logic, reusable sub-workflows, and reliable error handling to keep systems operational.

I’ve built AI-driven workflows that solve real business problems. For example, I created a Homestay FAQ Assistant using a RAG chatbot (Pinecone vector search + OpenAI embeddings) with strict grounding to a Google Sheets FAQ knowledge base to reduce hallucinations. I also automated customer support triage with AI sentiment analysis—routing urgent requests to Slack and logging tickets to Airtable—and designed lead intake with webhook-driven validation and Airtable deduplication.

I enjoy building event-driven systems that reduce manual effort through automation architecture and workflow optimization. I’m currently looking for an entry-level role (Automation Engineer, AI Automation Developer, or Integration Engineer) where I can apply automation and AI to improve operational efficiency, backed by my B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (graduated June 2024).
