I am a recent LLB graduate with hands-on experience in corporate litigation, insolvency, arbitration, and dispute resolution gained at VH Legal and Associates. I have drafted and reviewed contracts for banking and financial clients and handled procedural filings at NCLT Mumbai.

My experience includes managing SARFAESI proceedings, preparing Section 138 NI Act complaints, and maintaining legal MIS to track case status and recoveries. I have also worked on Section 94 individual insolvency filings and assisted with auction processes.

During my internship with an NDPS-specialized advocate, I drafted bail applications, conducted legal research, prepared cross-examination strategies, and coordinated compliance communications with agencies and consular authorities. I have a record of moot court success and mentoring junior students.

I bring leadership from extracurricular theatre and sports activities, technical proficiency with E-courts, MS Excel and Word, and a commitment to client-focused, procedural accuracy in corporate and insolvency matters.
