What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to contribute legal research, drafting, and corporate documentation skills to a dynamic corporate legal team while continuing to develop practical legal expertise.

I've built practical legal drafting and research experience through internships at Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd., MV Kini Law Firm, The Amikus Qriae, and PLegal-Parashurami Legal.

At Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd., I drafted corporate legal documents including Letters of Authorisation, Reconveyance Deeds, Lists of Documents, Intimation Letters, and Voting Sheets. I also researched Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters and supported company acquisition research.

At MV Kini Law Firm, I prepared petitions, affidavits, vakalatnamas, legal notices, and court-related documents while researching civil issues through case laws and statutes. I tracked matters across Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and Supreme Court portals and observed litigation proceedings.

I’ve completed my integrated B.A. LL.B degree and am interested in contributing my legal research, contract drafting, litigation drafting, and legal writing skills to a corporate legal team.
