My day-to-day work includes network diagnostics using SSH/PuTTY and CLI to analyze interface status, routing, latency, packet loss, and device logs—so faults are isolated quickly and troubleshooting stays consistent. I also collaborate with enterprise customers, field engineers, ISPs, and internal support teams during maintenance and migration windows to keep implementations smooth.
