I’m an Engineering Manager / Development Manager with 15+ years in software engineering, cloud-native architectures, enterprise solutions, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms. I lead with a results-driven, analytical mindset—designing for scalability, security, and dependable delivery.

I’ve managed teams of 15+ developers in Agile/Scrum, building collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. In my current role, I lead product development for a Web-based EHR system and oversee .NET, database, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

I deliver large, complex projects end to end—translating requirements, mitigating risks, and tracking KPIs like velocity, defects, and deployments. I’m hands-on across the Microsoft stack (.NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#) and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue, React, TypeScript, JavaScript) to drive high-performance solutions.

I also focus on cloud and data-driven capabilities across Azure & AWS, including serverless patterns, DevOps pipelines, monitoring, and AI/ML integrations using ML.NET. From microservices and event-driven systems to architecture governance, SDLC oversight, and secure coding standards, I help teams ship scalable, maintainable platforms while aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
