What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end .NET web application delivery—APIs, database performance, and Azure DevOps CI/CD—while mentoring an Agile team and supporting production with clean code, security, and reliable releases.

I build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications end-to-end using C#, ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core/.NET 6+, tying modern front-end frameworks to backend services.

In my current role as Principal Software Engineer (Team Lead), I mentor an Agile team of up to 8 and act as the primary technical contact between engineering, functional, and QA teams. I also design and optimize database objects—stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions—to support high-performance backend services.

I’ve implemented Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment, and I troubleshoot full-stack issues while keeping security and performance best practices in view. Earlier, I led microservices and web services (SOAP/REST/XML) integrations and delivered reporting with Tableau and Power BI.
