I’m an accurate, detailed, and detail-oriented commercial flooring estimator with knowledge across a wide range of floor covering materials. I estimate new hospitals, medical offices, hotels, senior living facilities, schools, and apartment complexes, including TI and commercial projects up to $10 Million in value.
I’m comfortable managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and I use technical and analytical problem-solving to drive projects on time, on budget, and to a high-quality completion. I’ve worked in high-pressure environments while keeping proposals and takeoffs moving through multiple design stages.
I’m proficient in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and estimating tools including Measure Square 8, OST, RFMS Measure Square, RFMS Measure Pro, Structure, Job Runner, RFMS Order Entry, and On Screen Takeoff. I’ve prepared accurate proposals using Quick Quotes in SalesForce and I’ve owned the project through different stages pre- and post-award, including creation of shop drawings and installation drawings.
