At Mairie de Merléac, I served as Adjointe au maire before becoming Maire in March 2026. As deputy mayor, I handled local budget preparation and analysis, and created an Excel and Power BI tool to track CFU analytics.
I also supported municipal communications by creating and managing social media, working with the press, redesigning the website, and preparing communication materials. My responsibilities included relationships with families and school matters, as well as leave tracking and coordination with the mayor, deputies, and staff.
