I’m a Registered Nurse with 17+ years of clinical experience and a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in chronic disease management, patient education, care coordination, and technology-enabled healthcare delivery.

I’m a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with extensive experience conducting patient assessments, providing individualized education plans, supporting behavior change, and managing complex care needs across diverse populations.

I bring a strong track record of building therapeutic relationships and delivering virtual and in-person patient support. I combine motivational interviewing with HIPAA-compliant documentation and EHR workflows to keep patients engaged and supported between visits.

Right now, I’m focused on a part-time remote Telehealth Registered Nurse role where I can lead patient-centered virtual care, clinical triage, health coaching, and care management—helping people adopt sustainable routines and improve outcomes through CGM and insulin pump education.
