I want to lead integrated administration, HR, and compliance roles where I can improve governance, employee relations, and operations with measurable results—while working with supportive stakeholders and continually transforming processes.

I’m a legal, human resources, administration, and operations executive with 17+ years of progressive experience spanning legal practice, real estate, and education. I lead multi-site and remote operations with a strong focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and practical risk management.

In my current role, I provide integrated administrative, HR, and communications leadership across two schools, supporting an 84-member workforce. I manage the full employee life cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance appraisal, discipline, welfare, and exits—while drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and HR policies aligned with Nigerian labour requirements.

I’m especially proud of building structured HR and operational systems that hold up under pressure. I resolved 419 employee grievances through investigation, mediation, documentation, and legally compliant action, and I unified administrative operations across both institutions to improve coordination and accountability.

I also strengthen day-to-day continuity through facilities, logistics, and fleet optimisation. I overhauled a 19-bus school fleet to eliminate external rentals and recurring breakdowns, and I transformed transportation routes so buses complete morning service and return before 7:30 a.m.—restoring more than one hour of instructional time each day. Earlier, I led legal and compliance work in real estate and earned multiple “Staff of the Year” recognitions, reinforcing my commitment to measurable outcomes and stakeholder trust.
