I’m a backend engineer focused on production WhatsApp Business API integrations and FastAPI microservices. As a core contributor to Connexxa, a multi-tenant conversational messaging SaaS, I built end-to-end Meta Cloud API messaging (every message type, webhooks, templates, WABA onboarding) and developed the Infobip provider integration from scratch for multi-provider failover.
I’m hands-on with async Python and Redis-backed webhook pipelines, and I’ve implemented auth and security using JWT/OAuth2 with RBAC and SSO. I also containerize and deploy services with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), and I’ve improved performance using MySQL stored procedures (30% lower query execution time) while reducing WhatsApp delivery latency by 40%.
