What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote accounting opportunity where I can support full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and accurate financial administration for US-based businesses.

I'm currently supporting accounting operations at Siyabusa Resources and Siyabusa Finance, managing financial administration for plant-hire and lending businesses. I reconcile bank and account records, process invoices and statements, track supplier balances, and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

Previously at Bookkeepers South Africa, I managed bookkeeping and accounting functions for a portfolio of 14 clients. I used Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Pastel for transaction recording, reconciliations, tax support, budgets, forecasts, and client account management, while helping reduce average client payment times by 20%.

I also bring customer support, administration, cash-handling, inventory, and team-training experience from roles at Trekit365, Cinnabon, and Studio8.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting and Xero Advisor Certification, I bring organized, accurate remote accounting support and clear communication to every client account.
