I am a remote bookkeeper with 25+ years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience, including extensive experience supporting US-based businesses. Throughout my career, I have worked with multiple companies and industries, including healthcare and medical billing, property management, construction, retail, and general bookkeeping.

My experience covers the full bookkeeping cycle, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, expense management, bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and resolving discrepancies. I have strong practical experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, as well as Xero, Sage, Pastel, Excel, and Google Sheets.

One of my strengths is working with large volumes of financial information while maintaining accuracy and organization. I have developed efficient processes for importing and structuring financial data, including bulk imports of hundreds of transactions, and have experience managing bookkeeping for multiple entities simultaneously.

I particularly enjoy the problem-solving side of bookkeeping—investigating discrepancies, finding missing information, improving processes, and making sure the financial records accurately reflect the business. I am comfortable working independently in a remote environment, communicating with clients and teams, learning new systems, and adapting to different processes.

I am now looking for a long-term remote opportunity where I can use my extensive experience, continue developing my skills, and provide reliable, accurate bookkeeping support to an international company.
