I’m a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with over 4 years of healthcare experience in primary care and phlebotomy. I focus on compassionate, efficient, patient-centered care while consistently maintaining HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.

In my current role at Emory Healthcare, I perform comprehensive patient intake—taking vital signs, histories, and chief complaints—and complete clinical tasks like EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing. I document accurately in Epic EMR, assist providers with examinations and minor office procedures, and coordinate referrals, scheduling, and insurance prior authorizations. I also educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.

Previously at ADMA Biocenter, I worked as a Phlebotomist / Screener, performing venipuncture and plasma collection while verifying donor eligibility and monitoring donor safety. I maintained specimen integrity and provided excellent donor education and customer service, ensuring a smooth, safety-first experience.
