At Smartcat, I joined during a high-growth phase to help build and scale the Forward Deployed Engineer function and technical engagement model. I own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic enterprise accounts, from discovery and solution architecture through integrations, deployment, and customer adoption.

At Contentful, I led enterprise technical strategy and AI solution design across DACH, UK&I, and EMEA. I built scalable AI workflows and presales frameworks, and supported hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching as the German SE team grew from 1 to 5 engineers.

Across roles at Asana (Bridgeflow by OPG), mParticle, SiteTracker, Unblu, Automation Anywhere, and Google, I worked on workflow automation, customer data architecture, digital engagement, and cloud adoption.
