I’m an Enterprise Delivery & QE Leader with 16+ years of high-impact expertise driving multi-million-dollar digital transformations. I bring cross-domain delivery across Insurance (P&C- Guidewire/Duck Creek), E-commerce, Banking, Finance, HealthCare, and Logistics.

I lead strategic governance for complex, multi-project portfolios using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks. I’m known as a crisis & bottleneck solver—turning around stagnant projects, optimizing resource utilization, and building CXO-level trust.

On the engineering side, I’m a next-gen tech innovator architecting agentic AI and GenAI-enabled testing frameworks alongside Playwright automation. I also design robust automation architecture, performance tuning approaches, and security compliance to support SaaS migration and sound test strategy design.

My hands-on delivery includes modernization and testing programs such as Guidewire Insurance Platform (Guidewire Cloud), Insurity domain consolidation, and Duck Creek ASD performance optimization targeting SLA response times under 5 seconds by enhancing 22 critical functional controllers. I’ve also executed Workday SaaS testing for HCM migration, supported .NET-based Enterprise Document Services, and modernized legacy applications into Azure Cloud using .NET technologies.
