I'm currently interning at Ascent Advisory in Mumbai, where I research fintech, digital assets, AI governance, data protection, and financial-services regulation across India, the UAE, Singapore, the European Union, and the Cayman Islands. I prepare legal memoranda, compliance analyses, regulatory trackers, due-diligence materials, and commercial documents including NDAs, MSAs, founders' agreements, and consultancy agreements.
I've also supported litigation, banking, property, and succession matters with Advocate Rahul Mishra and Advocate Sagar Chaturvedi, drafting notices, complaints, affidavits, sale deeds, mortgage agreements, and title reports. As a final-year LLB student, I'm building practical strengths in legal research, drafting, client handling, and cross-border regulatory advisory.
