I'm building practical corporate and commercial legal experience through in-house fintech work, contract drafting, and regulatory research.
At Finfactor Technologies, I supported commercial agreements, SaaS subscriptions, NDAs, vendor agreements, and Account Aggregator documentation. I researched the DPDP Act, RBI Master Directions for NBFC-Account Aggregators, and digital lending compliance frameworks.
At DW Legal Services, I drafted and reviewed commercial documents while supporting legal notices, pleadings, mediation applications, commercial suits, and arbitration-related matters. I also researched arbitration, limitation, contractual obligations, the CPC, and the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
My earlier internship with Adv. Rohan Randive & Associates introduced me to civil and criminal litigation proceedings at the District Court, Pune. I'm particularly interested in corporate and commercial law, contracts, fintech and data privacy, technology compliance, arbitration, and IPR.
