At Magnit Global, I lead analytics and reporting for 30+ enterprise clients, including Toyota, City National Bank, and Cigna. I deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, executive dashboards, and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

I've designed 20+ interactive Power BI dashboards for workforce performance, supplier efficiency, hiring trends, and key KPIs. Using DAX, data modeling, Power Query, drill-through reports, bookmarks, and row-level security, I build end-to-end BI solutions that improve reporting accuracy and user experience.

Previously at Genpact and SBI Life Insurance, I analyzed underwriting, operational, productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. I also automated recurring reporting through Advanced Excel and Power Query, supported root-cause analysis, and maintained SOPs.

I enjoy mentoring team members, standardizing reporting frameworks, and translating complex datasets into actionable executive insights. I'm PL-300 certified and have been recognized multiple times with Magnit's Shine a Light Award for performance and client contributions.
