I’m a Senior Data Analyst and Team Lead with 5+ years of end-to-end experience translating complex, multi-source datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. I currently lead the Power BI front-end team at Acies Global, delivering analytics solutions for a global product client.

My work spans self-serve dashboard development, A/B experimentation, event tracking & instrumentation, predictive modelling, and BI platform migrations. I enjoy building repeatable standards—defining best practices for Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, RLS, and data model design) so teams can deliver consistent, scalable analytics.

Previously at WNS Global Services (BFSI / Suncorp), I led end-to-end analytics across claims operations—defining KPIs, owning reporting pipelines, and delivering insights to executive and client stakeholders. I also led a migration of 150+ BI workbooks to a new platform, optimized complex SQL and staging layers to cut dashboard refresh time by 30%, and contributed to a $300K AUD client contract win through dashboard and reporting overhaul.

I also bring strong experimentation and growth analytics experience from Teachmint, where I designed and analyzed A/B tests, built funnel/cohort retention/lifecycle segmentation analyses, and developed churn prediction models using scikit-learn. Earlier at Hitachi Energy, I built Power BI dashboards and automated Python reporting for engineering decision-making, and I’ve been recognized through WNS “League of Champions” awards for analytical contribution and leadership in BI transformation.
