At St.Paul Guarantee, I manage data entry and processing for national and international insurance accounts, keeping records accurate and aligned with internal audit standards.

I generate monthly and quarterly operational exposure reports and track account updates, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and project status.

I’ve developed and maintained documentation systems, workflow tools, and spreadsheets for billing, invoicing, renewals, and accounts receivable. I also investigate account discrepancies and documentation errors to keep client files current.

I prepare bond, certificate, and billing paperwork in English and French, and facilitate onboarding for new team members. Previously, as Production Team Lead at Le Dolci, I coordinated schedules and documented workflows.
