At Pacific One Construction LLC, I managed contract administration and project controls across commercial and residential construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. I handled subcontract agreements, change orders, permits, and compliance documentation in Procore.
I also processed purchase orders and vendor invoices, coordinated subcontractors and project stakeholders, and managed certified payroll, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation. My work included tracking OAC meeting commitments, expenditures, and deliverables.
Previously, I coordinated residential construction projects at The Vector Construction and managed construction administration at Sanjay Puri Architects and Singh Homes. I hold a Master of Architecture from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Mumbai.
