@haneefwofford
Project Manager at F&F General Contractors coordinating commercial interiors, construction sequencing, and custom building-envelope installations.
United StatesWhat I'm looking for
At F&F General Contractors, I plan and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. I coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, project teams, and stakeholders to keep work aligned with project schedules.
I use AutoCAD and construction drawings to review layouts, details, dimensions, and site conditions. By comparing field conditions with construction documents, I identify potential delays and coordinate transitions between trades.
My work includes commercial interior fit-outs, retail structural glass assemblies, storefront systems, and custom building-envelope and façade systems. I prepare schedules, procure materials, review budgets, and contribute to estimating and bidding.
Earlier, as a Financial Consultant at Strategic Financial Services, I managed a CRM pipeline of unsecured debt and scheduled client appointments. I hold a PMP from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from Kean University.
