What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager role where I can coordinate design-to-construction delivery, manage project controls and BIM workflows, and work closely with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

I've coordinated design-to-construction delivery on K-12, commercial, mixed-use, and residential design-build projects valued up to $45M.

At NCD International, I led a three-member design team for the $35M Washington County School PK-12 project, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models in BIM 360. I managed RFIs, submittals, change orders, 4D clash detection, 5D quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction document updates.

I also coordinated consultant models and complete construction document sets for the $30M Robeson CTEC project, while supporting the Ferris Lake House and the $45M KMV Vivaan mixed-use tower.

At the University of Houston, I coordinate project documentation, field-survey drawing verification, and space reporting across more than 16M square feet and 150 campus buildings. I'm seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager role where I can bring project controls, BIM coordination, and site-team collaboration to complex construction delivery.
