I’m applying for a logistics staff position with two goals: to become proficient in import and export in six months, and to earn a managerial opportunity within two years through my ability. I take ownership of documents and shipment updates to keep processes accurate and on track.

In my recent logistics roles, I contact agents to arrange import booking, issue required documents like D/N, and update shipment status. I also handle and resolve arising problems quickly to support smooth delivery and coordination.

I’ve supported import operations through arrival and charge workflows—issuing A/N, submitting manifest, and checking/issuing charge dem/det fee when needed. Earlier experience also includes processing delivery orders and bills of lading, and delivering goods and documents to recipients end-to-end.

Beyond logistics, I bring strong customer service and high-pressure teamwork habits from call center/sales work and personal trainer support. I’m fluent in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, communicate in basic English, and I’m committed to improving through certifications (including TOEIC 500) and continuous learning.
