I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can gather and document requirements (BRDs/FRDs), run Agile delivery, support UAT, and drive process improvements—collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

I’m an experienced Business Analyst with over 1 years of expertise in the e-Commerce domain, and 7 years across the food manufacturing and energy industry. I focus on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical solutions.

In my current role at GHPIndiaServicesPvt. Ltd. (Gurgaon) as a Business Analyst, I acted as a Junior Business Analyst for the eCommerce Spare Query System. I gather and document BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process flows through stakeholder collaboration, then support smooth implementation with Jira-based coordination.
