What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead secure IT service delivery, enterprise systems administration, cybersecurity initiatives, and technology projects where I can improve resilience, support users, and develop staff.

I deliver end-to-end IT services at the Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank, supporting enterprise platforms including SAP, Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Trade Innovation, and Credit Quest.

I've contributed to ISO 27001 implementation and audits, McAfee encryption, system hardening, vulnerability scanning, backups, and disaster recovery planning. I also lead system upgrades, provide technical support, and train staff across departments.

Across roles at FAREI, Swasteetech, and Travel Centre, I've managed infrastructure, security policies, IT rollouts, client deployments, websites, and e-marketing platforms. I bring over 20 years of experience in service delivery, systems administration, cybersecurity, and project leadership.
